Content Management

Many of our clients need the ability to update and modify content on their Website on a regular basis. That's why we offer them Content Management tools that enable them to make text and graphic updates when and where they need them. Our custom Content Management tools grant our clients direct control over their own site provided the site has been either developed by eTechsol or we are granted the FTP for necessary update/changes in the coding. Management tools can include features such as:

• Each piece of content can have its own level of approval

• Organize content with unlimited folders and subfolders

• Image support: upload images, preview images and image library

• Scheduled Web content ("go live" date/time)
• Automatically assigns document date, author, and status
• Utilizes MS SQL for storage
• WYSIWYG document editor (no HTML necessary) including adjustable fonts, tables, left/center/right justification, graphic/file insert, spell-check, cut/paste, unlimited-depth undo/redo, drag elements within page (position graphics, etc.)
• Unlimited number of graphics/files per page
• Tracking of content movement
• Flexible permission settings
